I Description of the machine
This machine is suitable for notching silicon steel lamination for stator and rotors with less than 1200mm diameter.
The locate mode is used with inner orientating, which can be notching stator with rotors.
The indexing and sliding blocks are both controlled by servo motors.
II Feature
1- Interval slots notching
2- Human-computer interface for setting parameters, such as notching numbers.
3- Servo indexing system is used for adjusting the first notching, memory function if electric stopping and homing with automatic.
4- Multi-points locking mechanism, the locking plate is alloy steel material which is used for promising positional accuracy of blanking. Manual clamping no need open indexing seat cover.
5- Fault alarm and automatic diagnosis function.
6- Main parts such as machine body, indexing seat, cross arm and so on, which are made by resin-bonded sand casting.
III Advantage
1- Because the slider part is driven by servo motor, so this machine is low impact, low noise, which can control the slider speed and location, and it also can be extend the mold life
2- Stopping position is more accuracy by servo control.
3- The slider is simple mechanism, there is no flywheel, clutch, push rod and so on. Gas circuit and lubrication system is simplified, so this machine is less breakdown, easy maintenance and long life.
4- Supporting mechanism for blanks is three cylinder device which ensure the notching accuracy of big size.
5- Indexing accuracy is ±0.02mm(If diameter of blanks is less than 600mm, rotor stator notching together, the notching speed is less than 400rpm
6- One die for rotor and stator.
