20T Motor Stator Rotor Notching Press with Yaskawa Robot Shipped to Russia

A 20T fully-automatic notching press equipped with Yaskawa industrial robot has been shipped to a Russian motor lamination stamping manufacturer.

This automated production system adopts robot-based loading and unloading for stator and rotor lamination processing. It greatly reduces manual intervention, improves punching accuracy and production consistency, and is well-suited for local factory operating conditions in Russia.

The whole unit realizes automatic feeding, notching and discharging. The Yaskawa robot ensures stable and repeatable material handling performance, effectively lowering labor intensity and minimizing human-caused errors during lamination production. Rigorous factory acceptance test has been completed before packing to guarantee stable long-time running under continuous production.

After seaworthy fumigated wooden case packaging, the complete machine and spare accessories have been finished container loading for overseas transportation. Full-set technical documents and spare-parts kit are provided together with the equipment.
