This model of tape wrapping machine is actually used for automatic wrapping of insulation tape for motor stator magnetic field coils. The workflow is as follows: first, manually pre wrap the tape for 2-3 turns on the stator coil, and then horizontally place it into the tape automatic wrapping shuttle; Step on the switch with your foot, and the cloth tape will automatically wrap around the shuttle. The subsequent cloth tape will be wrapped around the stator coil when the set number of turns is reached,; Continue to press the reverse switch until the entire stator is wrapped. This machine uses a motor to drive the cloth winding shuttle to rotate, and the speed can be adjusted by the governor to use medium adhesive mica tape and low adhesive mica tape.
