Adopts magnetic powder brake, cooperated with fully automatic tension sensor to keep the tension stable during unwinding and ensure uniform coating. The tension range is 5N.m~50N.m. It can adjust by automatic or manual;
The servo automatic correction system ensures neat edges.
The stainless steel platform, which generates negative pressure on the table to make the paper adsorbed on the table. The cutting knife groove is preset to make the paper splicing neat and easy to operate.
1) The gluing function includes a pair of steel roller and a rubber roller.
Two steel rollers with high precision, one steel roller is used for fixing position and gluing. Another one is installed on the sliding mechanism,which is used for adjusting the gluing gad by servo , and the accuracy is 0.001mm. The steel roller is heated by oil, and the surface temperature accuracy is <±1°C. According to different resin viscosity ratios, the speed ratio between the fixed roller and the moving roller is used to control the glue coating speed and glue amount.
The coating width can be adjusted by Teflon baffle, up to a maximum width of 1250mm. The heating plate and two steel rollers form a glue tank;
The rubber roller is installed on the swing arm mechanism,it is driven by a step-by-step cylinder. It only performs small movements in daily work and can be raised and lowered quickly (large lifting and lowering movements are only made when maintenance of the rubber roller is required). The height of the rubber roller is limited by the screw, and the gap between the rubber roller and the steel rod is accurately controlled to ensure uniform glue application. The rubber roller gap can be adjusted manually or electronically.
2) The melting system is located above the glue tank and consists of a melting grate (passing hot water) + an aluminum alloy electric heating plate.
The molten glue grate is welded from polished stainless steel tubes with a smooth surface and is easy to clean. In order to ensure that the sol parts are not contaminated by oil, the sol grate is not heated with oil. A special heating water tank provides 80-90°C hot water to the sol grate for preliminary solization. The temperature of the heating water tank is measured by PT100, and the heating power is 3kW. The sol grate and the water pipe are connected with a high-pressure quick-change joint.
The aluminum alloy heating plate is heated by electric heating to further heat-melt the initially melted resin and flow into the glue tank.
3- Cooling film rewinding unit
Including :online thickness measurement system, flat cooling plate, PE film unwinding unit, pressure roller, static elimination system, rewinding car, etc.
1) Online thickness measurement system
The glued release paper passes through infrared thickness detection equipment, which can accurately measure the thickness of the resin coating online, and the detection is stable and reliable. The thickness of the grease coating will be displayed in real time on the touch screen in a curved manner, upper and lower limit alarms can be set, and on-site audible and visual alarms will remind the operator. At the same time, the detection data can be stored, queried, and viewed historical data, trend charts, etc.
The gummed paper is cooled by the cooling plate, and the resin is cooled to form a low-viscosity film, which reduces the viscosity to prevent the resin from adhering to the release paper during winding.
Cooling effect temperature minimum 8℃. The cooling plate material is 6061 aluminum alloy hard oxide material with a thermal conductivity of 237W/MK. Cold plate refrigeration, 5P chiller provides cooling water with a minimum temperature of 8 degrees Celsius.
3). PE film unwinding group
The PE film unwinding adopts magnetic powder braking and the tension is automatically controlled. There are two sets of PE film unwinding, each set includes an air expansion shaft and a flattening and bending roller. The two sets work in turns to reduce the time of stopping and changing rolls, ensuring continuous production.
4). Counterpressure rubber roller
One pair is used to ensure reliable fit between the PE film and the glued release paper, while also providing production line tension. The diameter of the rubber roller is Ø186mm, and the cylinder is pressurized. The rubber roller is driven by servo.
5). Static elimination system
The static elimination system consists of two anti-static ion air rods installed opposite each other with an interval of 300mm. The retroperitoneal gummed paper passes through the middle and reaches the winding car.
It adopts servo motor constant tension rewinding, with a maximum rewinding diameter of 900mm and a maximum load-bearing capacity of 1000KG.
Standard configuration of private server correction, correction accuracy ±1mm.
4- Peripheral support system:
It mainly includes a Rittal electrical control cabinet and an 18Kw hot oil mold temperature controller.
