Carton Box Inline Labeling Machine
This inline labeling machine is specially designed for carton boxes, it supports real-time on-site label printing, ensuring accurate label placement for every carton box. It uses Zebra printer, Keyence sensors and 304 stainless steel casing, ensuring high precision and hygiene.
 
Automatic Carton Erector
The first station of the line, this equipment automatically completes carton unfolding, bottom flap folding, and bottom tape sealing, preparing empty outer cartons for packing. It uses PLC control, and can be configured for different site layouts.
 
X/Y/Z Axis Carton Packing Machine
The core equipment of the line, it uses X/Y/Z axis servo motors to pick and place small boxes. It can load 8 small boxes at a time, placing them into 2 outer cartons with 4 boxes per layer. The frame is made of 60 carbon steel square tubes with powder coating, ensuring durability.
 
Online Carton Box Weighing Machine
This online weight detection equipment checks the weight of packed outer cartons, ensuring the small box quantity is correct, eliminating under-filled or over-filled cartons, and guaranteeing your product quality.
  
Single-Strip Carton Sealing Machine
After packing, this machine automatically seals the top of outer cartons. It features side drive for stable conveying, gentle flap folding without creasing, and independent electrical cabinet for safety. It supports two working modes: manual debugging and continuous sealing.

This optional bundling equipment can bundle the packed cartons, with adjustable bundling tightness and heating temperature. It uses CNC machined parts, ensuring stable operation and long service life.

Outer Carton Specifications Requirements
To ensure the line operates optimally for small box packaging and avoid any jamming or malfunction, we recommend your outer cartons to meet the following specifications:
- The carton should be pre-folded, with the first and third crease lines pre-folded once, to fit the packaging machine perfectly.
- The depth of the crease lines should be 2/3 of the paper thickness, to facilitate box folding and shaping.
- The slotting and creasing lines deviation should not exceed 2mm, to ensure the box is perfectly square when opened.
- The folding direction of the box must be accurate, reversed folding will make it unsuitable for the machine.
- The cardboard quality should be consistent with the sample, with smooth edges, no burrs or excess material.
- When folding long sides, there should be no overlapping, leave a 2-3mm gap to avoid jamming during packing.
- The crease line on the long side should be 1/2 to 2/3 of the paper thickness wider than the short side, to prevent wrinkles when sealing.
- The box surface should be flat, dry and with certain roughness, to facilitate vacuum gripping and tape sealing.
- The size error of length, width and height should not exceed 5mm, to ensure accurate positioning during packing.
