The first station of the line, this equipment automatically completes carton unfolding, bottom flap folding, and bottom tape sealing, preparing empty cartons for packing. It uses PLC control, which greatly reduces labor intensity, and is essential for large-scale automated production.
  
Parallel Robot Cartoning Machine
The core equipment of the line, it uses parallel robot as the main power source to automatically load bagged products into opened cartons. The casing is made of 100mm carbon steel square tubes with powder coating, ensuring durability, and it supports PLC control and touchscreen operation.
  
Online Carton Weighing Machine
This online weight detection equipment checks the weight of packed cartons, ensuring product quantity is correct, eliminating under-filled or over-filled cartons, and guaranteeing your product quality.
   
Single-Strip Carton Sealing Machine

Carton Specifications Requirements
  
To ensure the line operates optimally and avoid any jamming or malfunction, we recommend your cartons to meet the following specifications:
- The carton should be pre-folded, with the first and third crease lines pre-folded once, to fit the packaging machine.
- The depth of the crease lines should be 2/3 of the paper thickness, to facilitate box folding and shaping.
- The slotting and creasing lines deviation should not exceed 2mm, to ensure the box is perfectly square when opened.
- The folding direction of the box must be accurate, reversed folding will make it unsuitable for the machine.
- The cardboard quality should be consistent with the sample, with smooth edges, no burrs or excess material.
- When folding long sides, there should be no overlapping, leave a 2-3mm gap to avoid jamming.
- The crease line on the long side should be 1/2 to 2/3 of the paper thickness wider than the short side, to prevent wrinkles.
- The box surface should be flat, dry and with certain roughness, to facilitate vacuum gripping and tape sealing.
- The size error of length, width and height should not exceed 5mm, to ensure accurate positioning.
