Hydraulic Coil Forming & Spreading Machine Awaits Turkish Client’s On‑Site FAT Inspection

Following thorough assembly and commissioning, one hydraulic coil forming and spreading machine has completed full-scale assembly, debugging and internal performance validation. The unit is now fully set for on-site FAT inspection by our valued customer from Turkey.

• It delivers outstanding repeatability for coil geometry. Uniform forming and opening dimensions are maintained batch-to-batch, which greatly cuts reject risks for downstream insulation and pressing processes.
• Flexible setting of pressure magnitude, working stroke and forming displacement enables quick switching between various coil specifications to satisfy mixed-model production requirements.
• Comprehensive in-house cyclic tests have been completed in advance. Our engineering team has run full verification over hydraulic logic, mechanical motions and overall equipment stability before the customer’s FAT visit.

All mechanical movements, hydraulic modules and human-machine interaction functions have been verified by our engineering group. The machine is placed in the designated inspection zone of our workshop, waiting for the arrival of the customer’s technical team.

Once the FAT procedure is successfully passed, seaworthy fumigated packaging will be arranged, followed by logistic arrangements for delivery to Turkey.
