This CNC Stud Welding System is designed for automatic stud welding on stainless steel and mild steel workpieces, completing the full process of workpiece positioning, automatic stud feeding, CNC positioning and drawn‑arc stud welding into a complete and efficient system. This solution is suitable for M3~M10 studs (M8×25, M6 as typical specifications), with welding speed up to 30 studs per minute, low stud detachment rate, and meets ISO 14555 welding standard.
