This corrugated fin tank production line (OCEAN LBW1300‑400) is designed for manufacturing corrugated wall tanks of oil‑immersed distribution transformers, integrating decoiling, corrugated wall forming, MAG automatic welding, conveying, spot welding and bending into a complete and efficient system.
This solution is suitable for mass production of transformer corrugated fin tanks, with forming capacity of 3‑4 sheets per minute. It supports both embossed and non‑embossed corrugated wall production (actual output varies depending on fin height and specifications).
