Motor end ring brazing equipment
The entire brazing process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and IGBT induction heating power supply. After manually positioning the motor rotor workpiece and placing brazing filler metal and flux, press the start button, the equipment can automatically control the heating inductor and isolation transformer to run automatically. The equipment can automatically complete the heating, constant‑temperature holding and end‑ring brazing operation process according to the program. After the brazing work is completed, the heating power supply automatically cuts off, the fixture automatically relaxes, the workpiece is manually removed, and the equipment status automatically resets.
