Equipment usage and characteristics
The entire coil forming process of the equipment is controlled by CNC servo. After manually assembling the formed coil, the equipment can automatically control the automatic operation of the nose clamp and straight clamp by pressing the start button. The equipment can automatically complete the automatic operation process of the length and angle of the straight part of the coil, as well as the top arc and nose height of the end according to the program. After the coil expansion is completed, the fixture automatically relaxes, the coil is manually removed, and the equipment status automatically resets.
