This production line is developed for the automated manufacturing of outdoor unit (ODU) air conditioner motors, covering the full production cycle from stator processing to final motor performance testing.
The system integrates multiple key processes into a coordinated workflow, allowing manufacturers to achieve stable output and consistent product quality. Compared with traditional production setups, this line significantly improves efficiency while reducing manual operations.
It is especially suitable for factories focusing on outdoor HVAC motor production or upgrading from semi-automatic assembly lines to a fully integrated system.

Production Process
I. Production Line Requirement:
1. Capacity for complete production line:18 seconds/pieces;
2. The equipment can not damage the products;
3. This production line meet 45W-10Pole motor stator, rotor and assembly line and testing;
4. The working surface height of each equipment (Note: height from tooling surface to ground) is 850mm~900mm. The line height and size conform to ergonomic design, making it convenient for Party A to adopt standing operation.
5. The parameter settings can realize permission classification and different user login records. At least 3 levels of permission classification are required in the HMI
i. Full lock。
ii. Parameters related to testing data can be adjusted
iii. Parameters related to the action can be adjusted
6. Sound and light alarm function for each device is needed, which is red, yellow and green three-color alarm.
7. The whole production line meets the operating requirements of the indoor ambient temperature of -18℃ to 45℃;
8. Party A provides 440V/50Hz power supply to the power source platform. If Party B needs power purification or other needs, Party A shall be solved.
9. Other equipment requirements: Based on the characteristics and functional requirements of each device, they shall be listed separately in the functional requirements of each device.
10. The sensor bracket and other machined parts need to be rust-proofed. The sensor bracket needs to have a protective function for the sensor.。
11. Each stand-alone device can be shielded when an abnormality occurs, without affecting the operation and production of the entire line.
12. Any matters not covered in other technical agreements shall be subject to the subsequent written confirmation by both parties.

IV. General technical requirements for equipment
 
Mechanical safety requirements
Movable protective covers shall be provided for movable parts and components that are frequently adjusted and maintained;
For possible flying hazards, anti-loosening measures shall be provided, protective covers or protective nets shall be provided, and other protective measures shall be provided.。
  
Elctrical safety requirememt
The control system is placed in a location that is convenient for the operator to operate and observe;
Adopt single-phase three-wire power supply system , and the equipment housing is equipped with a protective grounding device;
Manually operated equipment is equipped with a safety light curtain, and the operation will be immediately stopped and reset after an erroneous operation.
