Kneader 2

Technical requirements for 1000L kneader

  • Model and Material: NHL-1000L kneader, all parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel plate, material 304.
  • Volume: Total volume of mixing tank ≥1000L, effective volume ≥650L.
  • Cooling method: The mixing cylinder jacket can be cooled by water.
  • Motor power: One 45kw ordinary motor for the main motor; Gearbox model: One industrial gearbox for the main unit; Agitator speed: Fast agitator 0~45r/min, slow agitator approximately 0~31r/min.
  • Agitator type and material: The agitator is an "S" shaped blade, and the agitator base is made of ZG270-450 cast steel.
  • Screw type and material: The screw is an equal-body, equal-pitch screw, made of 5mm stainless steel plate by welding.
  • Material and thickness of the mixing paddle: The surface of the mixing paddle is covered with a 5mm stainless steel plate, and the two ends and the blade edge are welded with a 10mm 304 stainless steel plate.
  • The gap between the agitator and the bottom of the cylinder and both ends is 3-5mm, and the gap between the agitator and the side plates at both ends is about 3mm.
  • Cylinder structure, material, and thickness: "W" shaped cylinder with a jacketed design inside. The inner liner of the mixing cylinder is made of 10mm 304 stainless steel plate, and the outer liner is made of 12mm Q345B carbon steel plate.
  • Wall panel and side panel materials and thickness: The wall panels are made of 25mm Q235B carbon steel plate, the side panels are made of 4mm 304 stainless steel plate, and the bearing seat brackets are made of 25mm and 16mm Q235B carbon steel plate.

XI. Wall panel processing requirements: The concentricity of the spindle holes at both ends of the wall panels is 0.02mm, and the parallelism is 0.02mm.

12. Connection method between wall panel and cylinder body: The wall panel and cylinder body are sealed with high-pressure asbestos board and connected with screws .

13. Stuffing Box and Packing Requirements: Half-type stuffing box, facilitating packing removal and replacement. The stuffing box should have a pull-out stroke greater than 100mm to facilitate packing installation. The shaft end seal should have a surface roughness of Ra0.8 after machining. The shaft end seal uses PTFE packing.

XIV. Cylinder head requirements: The cylinder head is made of 4mm 304 stainless steel plate, the frame is made of 12mm 304 stainless steel plate, and the openings on the cylinder head are made according to customer requirements.

15. Electrical control cabinet requirements: The electrical control cabinet shall be equipped with an ammeter, a voltmeter, and two displays for the material temperature during forward and reverse rotation of the main unit.

16. Inverter Manufacturer: Delta; Coupling Model: The main unit and spindle use an internal and external gear coupling, made of QT600 material, self-made.

17. Bearing Type: The main unit bearings utilize double-row self-aligning roller bearings or dual bearing support. (Bearings)
